Job Requirements

• 2–3 years’ previous experience as a Head Chef in a 4/5‑star environment (essential)
• Food hygiene certification and/or professional cooking qualification
• Strong understanding of current food and wine trends
• Knowledge of dietary and religious food requirements
• Experience creating, implementing and maintaining control documents and training manuals
• Proven knowledge of stock control procedures and kitchen management systems
• Skilled in planning, budgeting and departmental administration
• Valid driver’s licence
• Solid experience in functions and events catering within the hospitality sector
