The Role:
- Lead daily kitchen operations across multiple sections
- Train, mentor and inspire the kitchen brigade
- Manage stock control, ordering and food quality
- Deliver outstanding culinary experiences for discerning guests
- Maintain the highest hygiene and food safety standards
- Engage with guests to ensure memorable dining experiences

Requirements
- Previous Head Chef or Senior Chef experience in a luxury lodge or 5-star hospitality environment
- Strong kitchen management, administration and people management skills
- Passion for mentoring and developing kitchen teams
- Excellent knowledge of food presentation, hygiene and stock control
