We are delighted to be assisting a beautiful countryside gastropub, tucked away in a charming village near Bristol. They are searching for a passionate Head Chef to bring their culinary vision to life and lead their kitchen with creativity and flair.

£45,000 per annum plus £5,000 service charge

Working 45 hours per week 

Cooking with fresh, locally sourced ingredients 

Leading a talented team of 4/5 
Responsibilities as the Head Chef…
Creating a variety of stunning dishes from the gastropub's ever-changing seasonal menus

Having full autonomy over the menu and curating a menu of delicious dishes 

Making the most of the kitchen’s access to fresh, locally sourced ingredients 

Passing on your knowledge and expertise to the more junior chefs in the brigade
