The ideal candidate would be an organised, business‑minded chef‑manager who handles pressure calmly, manages numbers confidently, and blends exceptional country hospitality with warm and polished guest experiences.

Minimum Requirements

• Recognized formal culinary arts or hospitality management qualification.
• 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef, F&B Manager, or Executive Chef in a premium estate, lodge, or boutique hotel.
