Head Barista

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Head Barista to lead and oversee the coffee bar operations at Teta’s Tables.

This role is ideal for someone who understands coffee, drinks, daily bar operations, quality control, inventory, and team management, while also being hands‑on during service.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the person in charge of the coffee bar
• Oversee bar inventory and stock control
• Ensure drinks and formulations are prepared properly and consistently
• Monitor expiration dates and product freshness
• Schedule and supervise the barista team
• Ensure packaging standards are properly followed
• Support menu development by giving input on drinks to add, remove, or improve
• Maintain drink quality control across all orders
