Head Barista & Coffee Operations Lead

Teta’s Tables in Dubai is seeking a responsible and experienced Head Barista to lead and oversee the coffee bar operations. This role focuses on understanding coffee, drinks, daily bar operations, quality control, inventory, and team management, while staying hands-on during service.

Key duties include acting as the person in charge, supervising the barista team, managing stock and wastage, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to menu development.
