Head Baker - Tous Les Jours | 2+ Experience Preffered

Lead and supervise the daily operations of the bakery production team.

Plan, prepare, and oversee the production of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods.

Ensure all products meet Tous Les Jours' quality, taste, and presentation standards.

Develop production schedules based on sales forecasts and customer demand.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate ingredient ordering to minimize waste.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Train, coach, and develop junior bakers and bakery assistants.

Monitor equipment performance and arrange maintenance when necessary.

Maintain consistency in recipes, portioning, and baking techniques.

Control production costs and improve operational efficiency.

Collaborate with Outlet Manager and management on new product launches and seasonal offerings.

Ensure a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
