About the role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Baker to join Dona Group Sdn BHd in Johor Bahru, Johor. This is a full‑time position that offers a fantastic opportunity to lead our baking operations and set the highest standards of quality and excellence across all our bakery products. As Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of baking production, from recipe development to final product delivery, whilst managing a team of bakers and pastry chefs. This role is integral to maintaining our reputation for exceptional baked goods and ensuring customer satisfaction across all our outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily baking and pastry production, ensuring all products meet our strict quality and food safety standards.
• Lead, mentor and supervise a team of bakers and pastry chefs, providing training and guidance on techniques and best practices.
