The Venue
Amano Bakery is a bakery that uses authentic, artisanal baking techniques from Europe and showcases them using NZ grains. Each loaf is handcrafted, made fresh every day. Hence, Amano - Inspired by the Italian phrase by hand. Our emphasis is on sustainable, seasonal, locally-sourced food. Sourdoughs, ciabattas and miche loaves sit alongside pastries, tarts, slices and large seasonal cakes. And lunch at Amano Bakery includes traditional Italian pizza. Seasonal ingredients, long fermented by the slice, hot out of the oven.
