This role requires a flexible and self-driven person, comfortable with ambiguity and with a very strong can-do attitude. A high level of integrity, maturity and confidentiality is required. The successful candidate should have strong communication, presentation, numerical and analytical skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in either corporate social responsibility, community upliftment or volunteer programme management.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
Ability to engage with key decision-makers and policymakers
Strong command of the English language, both in communication and in presentation skills.
Knowledge of MS office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
