HBM & NPI Engineer: AI-Driven Innovation & Transfer

Micron is seeking a qualified engineer to integrate AI-assisted tools into daily semiconductor operations in Singapore. You will apply DOE-based methods to accelerate product qualifications and collaborate across APDT and manufacturing to support LVM and Run at Risk projects.
