Functions

• Prepare, submit, and maintain CLP notifications and Poison Centre Notifications (PCN) using UL WERCS and the IUCLID and ECHA portals.
• Author, review, and maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels in compliance with GHS, CLP, and applicable regional regulatory requirements.
• Ensure SDS accuracy, consistency, and alignment with regional classification and hazard communication requirements across internal databases and systems.
• Develop, manage, and update hazard labels using SAP, UL WERCS, and other labeling or design platforms.
• Perform physical, health, and environmental hazard classifications for substances and mixtures using GHS and CLP criteria.
• Evaluate raw material compositions, supplier SDS information, and toxicological data to establish and justify product classifications.
