Goldi is seeking a Hatchery Operations Manager to lead the Standerton hatchery, ensuring high-quality day-old chicks and efficient production. You will guide a diverse team, uphold regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement in line with Astral Group standards.

You will report to the Regional Hatcheries Manager, oversee incubation, hatching, chick delivery, budgeting, and biosecurity, while maintaining safety and welfare protocols. A strong leadership background is essential.
