Report directly to General Manager and oversee hatchery operations. To produce good quality parent stock according to Cobb standard, while ensure timely delivery to customers and attain sales forecast.

Develop and execute strategic hatchery operational plans . Prepare hatchery report and presentations to the management. Lead team members toward attaining hatchery standards and goals. Inspect periodically setter, hatcher machine and other equipment to ascertain hatching progress. Confer with sales representative parent stock forecast, schedule of settings and deliveries. Develop team members to improve their skills and perform admin function as necessary.
