Role Overview
The Hardware Certification Team Leader is responsible for leading a team of Hardware Certification Analysts and overseeing the certification and update lifecycle of hardware across enterprise environments.

- Oversee hardware certification and update processes.
- Ensure compatibility with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Manage driver certification and deployment.
