Te Mātāwai is the creation of a 276-unit apartment complex in central Auckland, delivered under a 'single-site supported housing' model.

'Single site supported housing' is the coordination of public housing coupled with support services to meet customers' social and health needs and increase wellbeing. Te Mātāwai is one of the first demonstrations of single site supported housing in Aotearoa New Zealand with 24/7 on-site support and Hapori Kaitiaki services.
