Description
The Handyman or Handyperson supports the Conklin housing program and the Housing Operations Manager by providing general maintenance, repairs, and improvements to CRDAC owned properties, as approved by the Housing Operations Manager.
Reporting directly to the Housing Operations Manager, duties may vary depending on skill and ability and may include preparation of walls, ceilings, and floors for general improvements; minor repairs to heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems; grounds and equipment maintenance; and recommending specialized workers for complex repairs.
