Hands-On Plant Supervisor — Concrete & Safety (Vehicle)

Allied Concrete, part of the HW Richardson Group, is seeking a hands-on supervisor for our Cromwell concrete plant. You will take day-to-day responsibility for scheduling deliveries, coordinating truck and plant maintenance, and upholding safety and customer service standards.

Flexibility in working hours, including early starts, is required. The role includes batching, dispatching, slumping and testing, with training provided for all duties.
