Handover & Communities Director - Real Estate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Handover & Communities Director to lead the end-to-end handover and community readiness function for a leading master developer in Abu Dhabi.

This executive leadership role is responsible for driving the successful delivery of pre-handover, customer handover, post-handover, Defect Liability Period (DLP) management, and community operations, ensuring developments are delivered to the highest standards of quality, operational readiness, and customer experience.
