Insight Global is working with Rutgers UBHC to hire a Habilitation Counselor to support adult males in a 24-hour supervised residential program in Camden County (group home/apartment setting in Collingswood, NJ). This individual will provide direct, face-to-face care for residents transitioning from long-term state psychiatric and institutional settings, supporting high-acuity populations with severe and persistent mental illness, co-occurring substance use, and forensic histories. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing an active caseload while delivering supportive counseling, crisis intervention, and psychoeducation, as well as assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as hygiene, room upkeep, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and medication routines through hands-on modeling and guidance.
