Job Description

Become an Announcer/Operator with CBC North, leading the Gwich’in language program Nantaii from Yellowknife. Use your interviewing skills to connect with fluent speakers and share cultural stories.

In this full-time and permanent role, you will be responsible for planning and presenting engaging radio content while utilizing your knowledge of Indigenous storytelling. Your activities will range from conducting interviews to developing material that represents diverse community voices. Training in the dynamics of radio broadcasting is provided.
