OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE -
Previous
experience in a guest service, reservations, sales or customer-focused role
Excellent communication skills with a professional and confident telephone
manner
Strong IT skills and experience using computer booking systems and Microsoft
Office applications
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable
guest experiences
The ability to build rapport quickly and identify opportunities to enhance
guest stays through upselling
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads in a
fast-paced environment
The ability to work independently and as part of a busy team
