Guest Service Manager, Y UL
Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Guest Service Manager (GSM) is the operational manager on the floor, responsible for day‑of operation leadership, ensuring that the team meets safety objectives, operational goals, guest experience KPIs, cost control and WestJet values.
Responsibilities
- Accountable for the successful implementation of all IROP activities that occur at the base to maximize safety and service at the lowest reasonable cost.
