Position Summary

We are seeking a highly polished and experienced Guest Services Manager to lead front-of-house operations at a premier financial services firm's corporate headquarters. This role is responsible for delivering a white-glove, seamless workplace experience across a 16-floor office supporting 1,700 employees, executives, and high-profile clients. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for candidates with Fortune 500 corporate hospitality or workplace experience who thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.


Schedule & Work

Core business hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Coverage required between 7:00 AM - 6:30 PM, with flexibility as needed

Fully on-site role in a professional, business-oriented environment
