The Guest Service Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional and personalized guest experiences throughout the guest journey, from arrival to departure. The role ensures efficient check-in and check-out processes, accurate handling of guest requests, and adherence to InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) brand standards.

As the first point of contact for guests, the Guest Service Agent represents the InterContinental brand by creating memorable experiences and building positive relationships with guests while contributing to the overall success of the Front Office operation.
