Guest Reservation Specialist - Luxury Hotel & Casino

Oaklawn invites applicants to join our Call Center team at a premier hotel and casino in Arkansas. As a Call Center Agent, you will create and maintain reservation records, handle cancellations and modifications, and help guests find accommodations and packages to fit their needs.

We value friendly, professional service, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays. Prior hotel/resort and call center experience is preferred.
