Job Description
Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily Front Desk operations
- Assist in the smooth and efficient running of the Front Desk
- Review the daily arrival and the departure lists
- Responsible for the room assignment according to the guest requirements
- Update room situations periodically
- Lead the team to attend all guest’s inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure that the area is managed well by the respective team and deliver the brand promise
- Ensure that all Front Desk associates are familiar with the hotel’s products and services, current promotions, policies, and other important information
- Work closely with other management personnel in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overall success of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests
- Carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
