We are looking for a highly personable and serviceoriented Guest Relation Officer (GRO) to join our team at a luxury restaurant. The ideal candidate will be the key point of contact for our guests ensuring their experience is seamless personalized and memorable from arrival to departure.

• Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit
• Manage guest inquiries, special requests and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of restaurant offerings, events and menu details
