Ability to resolve guest complaints or concerns effectively and promptly.
Maintain professional standards of appearance, communication, and conduct.
Assist guests with reservations, recommendations for local attractions, dining, and transportation.
Excellent cooperation with other hotel departments.
Track online reviews and suggest service improvements.
