Kendrick Recruitment is searching for a sophisticated and guest-focused Guest Liaison / Night Relief for one of Cape Town's most iconic and celebrated 5‑star luxury boutique hotels, situated in the prestigious Bantry Bay neighbourhood. This is a role where first and final impressions are everything. You will be the face of the property across early, late and overnight shifts, delivering a seamlessly personal guest experience with precision, discretion and genuine warmth.

Please note: Candidates already based in Cape Town will be given strong preference. This is a live‑out, shift‑based position including night shifts.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in a 5‑star or equivalent luxury hospitality environment - essential
• Formal Hospitality qualification preferred
• Proficient in Opera, POS, MS Word, Excel and Outlook - essential
