Guest-Focused Reservations Specialist

MERCURE SINGAPORE BUGIS is seeking a Reservations Clerk reporting to the Assistant Reservations Manager to handle telephone inquiries, accept reservations, and input details into the computer system.

You will work closely with Front Office and Sales teams to provide lead advice and feedback on inquiries and firm reservations, aiming to maximize occupancy while preserving the hotel’s business mix. A professional yet friendly manner is required for all guest interactions.
