Guest Experience Lead - Food & Beverage Service

Universal Group in Dubai seeks a Guest Service Associate to deliver food and beverages with attention to quality and speed. You will familiarize with menu items, promotions, and daily specials to provide exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has at least a vocational diploma, 1 year in hospitality (fresh graduates welcome), solid English communication, and a friendly, proactive attitude. Thai cuisine knowledge is a plus, and you will support sales through suggestive selling.
