Guest Experience Lead — Abu Dhabi Family Play Center

OliOli® Children's Museum in Abu Dhabi invites a passionate Team Lead to oversee front‑of‑house operations, model exceptional guest care, and elevate the Hoppi venue experience for children aged 2–8.

You will train and coach staff, run daily briefings, organize events, resolve guest concerns, and partner with the Venue Manager to drive guest satisfaction and growth in our family‑friendly environment. This role supports onboarding and ongoing staff development.
