Guest experience & front office manager

Craven Cottage CC in Franschhoek is looking for a Duty Manager to ensure a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities include managing guest feedback, training staff, and enforcing a high standard of professionalism within the team.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Hospitality and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment. A valid driver’s license is mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates from Franschhoek and neighboring areas. #J-18808-Ljbffr
