Guest Experience Coordinator - Cinemas & Attractions

Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a customer service-focused individual to support daily operations at MAF Entertainment venues in Dubai. You will handle ticketing, payments, and guest inquiries across MAF Cinemas, Magic Planet, and Ski Dubai, while upselling products and maintaining high service standards.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service or retail, strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple venues.
