Work onsite Monday–Friday (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) as part of a 5‑person scanning team, supporting a local Governments document digitization initiative. Report and work alongside the onsite lead onsite daily scanning and digitizing physical books and paper records from the County's departments in accordance with defined procedures. Operate a dedicated scanning workstation (scanner and computer), following established quality and accuracy standards. Perform high‑volume scanning work daily as part of a long‑term effort to digitize approximately 6,000 books over ~18–20 months.
Use county‑approved software tools to process, index, and verify scanned documents. Maintain organization, accuracy, and attention to detail while scanning documents continuously throughout the workday. Perform work primarily in a seated position at adjustable/telescoping tables designed for ergonomic support. Follow all county guidelines related to document handling, confidentiality, and equi...
