GTM Engineer (RevOps)
YOUR MISSION
We’re looking for a GTM Engineer to sit within our RevOps function, partnering closely with Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams. This is a newly created role and Vitesse’s first GTM Engineer hire. You will help shape how GTM engineering operates across the business, building the foundations and systems that enable the function to scale. Working across the entire revenue funnel, you will architect end‑to‑end revenue systems that drive efficiency, insight, and growth.
You will own the automated systems that move revenue through the funnel—from the agentic top‑of‑funnel stack that generates pipeline, to the intelligence layer that scores opportunities, surfaces risk, and recommends next best actions, through to seller enablement systems that increase team capacity and effectiveness.
