We are seeking a Go-to-Market Engineer (GTME) to join our team and help bridge the gap between product, sales, marketing, and customer success. The GTME will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable GTM processes, leveraging automation, data, and AI workflows to drive efficiency and accelerate revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who is equal parts technical problem solver and strategic operator.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to design and optimize go-to-market workflows.
- Build and manage automation across CRM, outreach, and analytics tools.
- Implement and maintain integrations between GTM platforms (CRM, marketing automation, LinkedIn, Clay, etc.).
- Use data analysis to provide insights into pipeline health, campaign performance, and customer journey optimization.
