Independent General Contractor – Full Unit Turns (Multi‑Residential) Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Position Type: Independent Contractor / Project‑Based Overview We are seeking an experienced and reliable General Contractor specializing in full apartment unit turns and renovations to support a growing pipeline of work across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
This role is ideal for contractors who can manage and execute complete unit renovations from start to finish , either independently or through their own crew and subcontractor network.
All work is assigned using a pre‑approved pricing structure — no quoting or estimating required —with consistent bi‑weekly payments .
