Job Description
The GSE Technician will be performing routine services / maintenance of Ground Service Equipment allotted. In this role, they will ensure compliance of maintenance services with the Company regulations and the manufacturer’s recommendations along with feedback to the Workshop Officer to maintain Ground Service Equipment maintenance history.
Accountabilities
- Perform mechanical repair and maintenance of buses, trucks, GSE, and diesel/electric/gas-powered vehicles ensuring safe operational standards.
- Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical faults.
- Carry out complete overhauls of engines, transmissions, differentials, clutch systems, and braking systems.
- Repair and maintain electrical components including starters, alternators, wiring, lighting, and control systems.
- Conduct repairs and replacements on key systems such as steering, cooling, fuel, and hydraulic systems.
