KAST.xyz is seeking an ambitious Growth Operations Associate in Singapore to translate top-level growth priorities into executable, cross‑functional initiatives. You'll work directly with growth leadership, frontend engineering, support, and KYC teams to push projects across the finish line.

You’ll own data-driven experimentation, optimize funnels, reduce churn, and deliver executive dashboards and weekly progress reports for the CEO, while rapidly iterating in a fast-paced environment.
