Build and execute full-funnel customer marketing campaigns that drive upsell, cross-sell, and revenue growth. Own end-to-end campaign management, from strategy and planning through execution, optimization, and reporting. Partner cross-functionally with demand generation, product, sales, operations, and customer success teams to align campaigns to business goals. Analyze customer behavior and segmentation data to identify trends and insights that inform campaign strategy (targeted nurture journeys, maximum engagement, increased upsell/cross-sell opportunities throughout the customer lifecycle).
