Growth manager / performance marketer (bastian hospitality)

We are looking for a data-driven and ROI-focused D2 C Performance Marketing Specialist for Bastian Hospitality with 2 - 4 years of experience to manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across multiple online channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through paid performance strategies, with a strong emphasis on marketplaces and D2 C platforms. This role requires a strong grasp of analytics, audience segmentation, and platform-specific nuances (Meta, Google, Swiggy & Zomato).
