Cre8r.ai is an AI-powered influencer marketing platform helping brands discover, activate, track and measure creator campaigns at scale. We work with leading brands across automotive, FMCG, retail, lifestyle and consumer categories.
We are looking for a Growth / Business Manager to build our Affiliate and Lead Generation business from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving new challenges, running experiments, executing outreach campaigns and owning business outcomes.
- Build and scale creator-led Affiliate and Lead Generation programs from scratch.
- Recruit and onboard creators across Affiliate and Lead Generation initiatives.
- Plan and execute outreach campaigns via email, WhatsApp, IG and other channels.
