Growth-Driven Service Sales Lead, MENA

Rolls-Royce is seeking a Service Sales Manager for the Jebel Ali, Dubai area to drive after-market sales of MTU parts and services across the MENA region. You will lead regional initiatives, collaborate with distributors, partners and internal teams to meet revenue KPIs and expand the customer base.

The role requires technical sales experience for MTU engines, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel across MENA and Germany.
