Reservations Officer (Russian speaking)
Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all reservation queries are attended to in a timely manner and maintaining relationships with bookers of existing partners and new partners from CIS Market.
- Attendance to Group/MICE Queries from agency partners from assigned markets and maximizing materialization.
Educational Background
- Bachelor/ Graduation Degree in Travel & Tourism or related field.
- Graduation Degree (for group responsibilities).
Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in the same role in a DMC in Dubai or Sharjah; preferably 5 years experience.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Groups; preferably in a DMC in UAE handling various markets.
