Job Summary

They actively participate in sales processes and execute effective sales closings using various techniques and planning methods, meeting client expectations while respecting hotel feasibility and manager guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Constantly gather, understand and apply knowledge of food, beverage, technical equipment and inter‑departmental procedures to the sales and planning process.
• Maintain up‑to‑date planning information and communication records for easy reference.
• Effectively represent the hotel in all telephone, written and personal contacts with potential, past and current clients with warm, professional, friendly guest contact and willingness to assist.
