Group Senior Legal Counsel

The Senior Legal Counsel will provide strategic legal guidance and support to the business, ensuring that the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations. This role involves handling complex legal matters, advising senior management, negotiating contracts, and mitigating legal risks. The Group Senior Legal Counsel will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) and other members of the legal team to ensure the company’s legal interests are protected.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Provide expert legal advice on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contracts, and dispute resolution.
• Support the CLO in advising the Board and senior management on legal matters affecting the business.

Contract Review & Negotiation

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure the company’s interests are protected.
