As an intern in our People & Culture team, you’ll gain hands‑on exposure to both strategic and operational HR, contributing to projects that touch every part of the team member journey. No two days look the same. What you work on will shift depending on what’s most crucial to our goals at the time: it could look like onboarding tasks, internal training coordination, external research to support current projects, supporting the end of year performance review and talent mapping processes, or lending a hand across the wider People & Culture function as we all pitch in together. You might also help build frameworks that bring consistency while staying fit for purpose in a high‑pace environment.
