Group Impact Director

A well-established, multi-award-winning safari and travel group with lodges and camps spanning several African countries (and further afield) is seeking an experienced GROUP IMPACT DIRECTOR to lead its conservation, community and ESG strategy at a group level

This is a senior strategic leadership role for someone who can operate at executive level, think in systems, and turn a company's conservation and community commitments into measurable, credible outcomes. You'll need to be equally comfortable presenting to a board and building relationships with community and conservation partners on the ground.

Core Criteria:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Conservation, Development Studies, ESG, Business, Tourism or a related field


• Minimum 10 years' experience in sustainability, ESG, conservation or impact management, ideally in a leadership capacity
